Between the ARM A9 and no LTE I would say that device isn't very remarkable.

From my research, user experiences with the reMarkable tablet vary from meh to okay, and they have a very slow software update cycle...
I'm hoping for a reMarkable 2.

How do you run your own GUI applications on it? I don't think you can. And there's also no email client.
